IFR Tour through South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe &
This is the 3rd
leg of the Southern Africa IFR tour. We will be touring mostly South African
destinations with regional fights added... The longest flight is approximately
860nm and the shortest 350nm. Countries that will be covered will include
Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and of course South Africa! We hope you will join
us on this tour to explore the lush Southern Africa and to perfect your IFR
navigation, approaches and procedures.
Leg 3 : FAUP - FYWB (642nm)

us on this leg as we fly into desert Namibia. We’ll fly all the way through
until we reach the coast of Namibia. Walvis bay is the principal port of
Namibia situated on the west coast of Southern Africa. Walvis Bay is Namibia`s major harbour town and it is fast
developing into a sought-after haven for spending a holiday at the sea.
Attractions include the lagoon with its prolific bird life, a variety of
recreational possibilities, a desert golf course. Walvis bay has a
very modern harbour terminal and many people flock there to take part in all
sorts. Lets go explore this serene coast and enjoy the advanced harbour.
